The drive typically takes 60–75 minutes; traffic rarely clogs this route, though peak summer holiday periods (July–August) can add 15 minutes. Side is a compact resort town, so confirm your hotel or apartment drop-off point when booking—drivers know the narrow beachfront streets well and will navigate directly to your door.

Unlike public transport, which forces you onto a bus to Antalya's main terminal (30 minutes), then a shared minibus to Manavgat (1.5 hours), then a dolmuş taxi to Side, a private transfer is direct. Buses run hourly but arrive at Manavgat's bus station, not your hotel; you then wait 15 minutes for a shared taxi. Taxis from arrivals are unmetered and typically cost €20–30, with no guarantee of the driver knowing your destination well or speaking English.
