Your driver meets you at the arrivals baggage-hall exit of your landing terminal, holding a name sign—no hunting through crowds or confusion about pickup points. Allow 35–40 minutes in normal conditions; if your flight is delayed, the driver monitors it in real time and adjusts automatically. Most visitors head to Syntagma (best for metro access and walkability to Plaka) or directly to their hotel; tell the driver your exact address when booking so drop-off is seamless.
