How do I cancel my ride?

Cancelling your ride is quite easy. Click “log-in” on the Transfeero.com website, fill in your password (which you received in your confirmation e-mail) and your e-mail address. Thereafter you will see all the information regarding your booking. Please click the red button below “cancel booking”. After you proceeded successfully with the cancellation you will see the status with cancelled and refunded.
