Everything you need to know before joining

How much does it cost to join?: Nothing — ever. There are no setup fees, subscriptions, platform fees or minimum volumes, and we never ask for exclusivity. You are free to work with any other provider at any time.
How and when do we get paid our commission?: A commission is credited for every completed transfer booked through your account. Earnings are visible in your dashboard in real time and paid out on a consolidated monthly basis. Cancelled rides don't generate commission — you only earn on rides that happen.
Can we book and pay on behalf of our guests?: Yes. Your team can book directly from the partner dashboard and choose who pays: the guest pays Transfeero directly, or the hotel settles centrally and re-bills the guest — each booking can carry a room or reservation reference to make reconciliation simple.
What happens if a flight is delayed or a guest cancels?: Every airport pickup includes live flight tracking with automatic rescheduling and free waiting time — a delayed flight never means a missed pickup. Bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge within the cancellation window shown at confirmation, and our 24/7 team handles any last-minute change for you or your guest.
