Step-by-step guide to book a ride with Transfeero

You can book for yourself or for someone else.
Book your transfer step by step:

• At first, on the top of the site you can choose between “airport transfers” or “city to city rides”.
• Enter your pickup and dropoff location/addresses
  Note: In the field “Arrival / Departure Airport, Port, Train station” you can also search for keywords such as “FCO”. In the field “going to/ pick-up address” you can also search for spots like “Colloseum” and select the location from the drop-down list.
  For airport pickups, please enter the airport without specifying the terminal. We track flights to ensure your chauffeur waits at the right terminal, even with unexpected changes in the flight schedule.
• Enter the date and pick-up time. They will always be the local time of the choosen address. For more information regarding the pick-up time at the airport click here.
• Click the button “Search”.
• Select your preferred service class – Standard or First Class; Note: In every class you will find also information about, what is included and how much luggage you can carry with you.
• Scroll down and click „Save“
• On the site „Extra“ you can enter the amount of child and booster seats, if needed. Furthermore you can write down the „Notes for the chauffeur“
• Scroll down and click „Save“
• On the site „Details“ you can enter the information regarding the lead passenger. Please enter also the preferred name tag for the sign at the airport (for example: First Name, Last Name) and the flight number for example AZ1729. This allows us to track changes in your flight status and to find the right arrival terminal.
• Scroll down and select the box „I accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.“ If you click the box thereafter you can also subscribe to the newsletter from Transfeero.
• Scroll down and click „Save“
• On the next site, you can use a discount code if available. To proceed with the payment process please fill in the billing address form.
• Scroll down, there you can see the total price for the service
• On the right site of the screen you will find the summary of your service. Please make sure that everything is correct.
• Please click the green button to „proceed with payment“
• In the next step we will forward you to the checkout. On this secure site you can fill in your credit card details.
• Please click the blue button below for the payment.
• Thereafter you will see that your booking was confirmed and paid successfully. Again you will see all the details regarding the service and you can download your voucher. You will receive your booking confirmation email shortly.
• If you need to manage, review or cancel your booking please click „log-in“, which you can find on the top of the website, enter your e-mail address and your password (which you received with the confirmation e-mail) and click „Log-in“

• Please note: In case you need to book for someone else: Enter the guest’s contact information. It is important to enter the email address and phone number of the person who will be taking the ride so they receive the ride status updates and the chauffeur’s contact information. If you do not know the email address, please enter your own, however the guest’s mobile phone number is mandatory. In case of any onsite irregularities, Transfeero will try to contact the guest with this number.
